Hi, I'm Elshan, a designer and builder in Berlin.

I design clear software for people doing complicated work, mostly in B2B and enterprise. I prototype fast, test with real behaviour, and carry the work through to production design systems.

Lately, most of my curiosity goes to AI: how foundation models work, why they behave the way they do, and what that means for the people using them. I've been learning by building small tools where most of the design happened in the prompts.
